This website provides information about Rudra Design and Construction, its capabilities, project records, enquiry channels and construction products. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or copy protected content for misleading commercial use.

Indicative estimates and calculator

Calculator results and price ranges are preliminary planning information only. They are not quotations, promises or fixed prices. Final cost depends on approved drawings, structural system, soil and site conditions, location, access, brands, specifications, taxes, transport, labour availability and contract scope.

A price becomes applicable only when Rudra issues and the customer accepts a project-specific written quotation, work order or contract.

Engineering and construction services

Website descriptions and portfolio samples do not constitute project-specific engineering advice, certification or authority approval. Final drawings, calculations, certificates and construction responsibility depend on an agreed scope, available site information, applicable codes and any professional licensing or approval requirements for the project location.

The client must provide accurate requirements, site information, title or survey records, existing drawings and other information needed for the agreed service.

Products and material enquiries

Submitting a WhatsApp or email request does not place an order. Brand, specification, stock, minimum quantity, GST, transport, unloading, delivery time, warranty and payment terms will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Product photographs or category descriptions are illustrative. Approved brand and specification in the written order confirmation will control supply.

Payments, cancellation and delivery

The website does not currently collect online payments. Payment milestones, accepted methods, cancellation, refund, transport, risk and delivery conditions will be stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation. Customers should pay only to account details formally confirmed by Rudra Design and Construction.

Privacy and enquiry information

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or website-managed autofill storage. Form entries remain in the current page only while the visitor is using it.

Information leaves the website only when the visitor deliberately chooses to open WhatsApp or email. Those external services then operate under their own privacy practices.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, email and future social-media links open external services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Rudra is not responsible for the availability or independent operation of those platforms.

Accuracy and responsibility

Rudra aims to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that every page will always be error-free or continuously available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, decisions involving construction, safety, finance or purchase must rely on project-specific written documents rather than general website information.

Portfolio and intellectual property

Rudra branding, website copy, portfolio layout and project documentation may not be reproduced or presented as another firm’s work without written permission. Gallery images labelled as inspiration are reference imagery and are not represented as completed Rudra projects.

Updates and governing terms

These website terms may be updated when services or website functions change. Project-specific agreements remain separate. Subject to applicable law, matters relating to these website terms are governed by the laws of India, with the appropriate courts in West Bengal having jurisdiction.
